The Precision Seven Process is Phoenix Systems’ Signature Client Journey from Vision to Reality
At Phoenix Systems, we believe technology should elevate the way you live—beautifully, intelligently, and seamlessly. That’s why we’ve developed the Precision Seven, a curated seven-phase experience that transforms your Client’s aspirations into a ‘bespoke’ smart home solution. Every step is designed to ensure clarity, confidence, and craftsmanship.

Step 1- Discovery & Design Studio Experience
The Client journey begins at our Design Studio, where inspiration meets innovation. Through immersive demonstrations and thoughtful dialogue, we uncover lifestyle, preferences, and budget—laying the foundation for a solution that’s uniquely theirs.
Step 2- Proposal Development & Presentation
Our Sales Consultant and Custom Designer collaborate to translate the Client vision into a tailored proposal. In a dedicated presentation meeting, we walk through every detail with key decision-makers, ensuring alignment and clarity before moving forward.
Step 3- Scope of Work & Project Launch
We define the project through a comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW), detailing inclusions, constraints, and success criteria. Once approved, the project is set in motion with a confirmed payment schedule and timeline—marking the transition from planning to execution.
Step 4- Kick-Off & Rough Phase
Thirty days prior to the Rough phase, we finalize logistics and host a Project Kick-Off Meeting. Our expert technicians begin infrastructure installation, followed by a rigorous Quality Control check to ensure every element meets our standards.
Step 5- Trim Phase & Final Prep
As construction progresses, we refine installations and prepare for final integration. A second Quality Control visit ensures readiness, and a builder check-in confirms the timeline for the final installation phase.
Step 6- Installation & System Activation
The selected technologies are installed and programmed for seamless integration. A final Quality Control check is followed by a personalized walkthrough and tutorial, empowering the Client to confidently navigate their new smart home system.
Step 7- Project Wrap-Up & Ongoing Support
We conclude with a final builder check-in and a Project Wrap-Up meeting to address any refinements. Our Sales Administration team follows up to ensure satisfaction and schedules a six-month check-in—reinforcing our commitment to lasting excellence and support.

Our Bespoke Support Team
