  • Scheduling customer services and warranty appointments with as much detail as possible and determining correct tech by service area and skill set

  • Utilize Google Maps and GPS to determine best route for each technician/day
  • Scheduling appointments sent from inside sales – activation and installs
  • Coordinating logistics of getting parts to technicians in the field for appointments scheduled between part pickup days
  • Returning calls to customers that previously left messages
  • Check all customer service/warranty work orders from previous day and notating to ensure completion (notes, pictures, signed documents if needed, payment collected, etc…)
  • Contact customers with ADC system communication issues
  • Manage customer care inbox profile (high email volume)
  • Assist incoming calls with troubleshooting basic security system/AV issues
  • Assist techs in the field that call in with time issues, asking that their customer be called on their behalf, needing parts, needing additional techs to help, needing additional time for a job that will not be completed in allotted time scheduled, etc…
  • Work closely with techs to determine if day is running smoothly, if more jobs are needed, additional help needed on a job, or if a return trip is necessary
  • Review schedule daily to make sure the next business day runs as efficiently as possible
  • High call volume daily
  • Be a team player and willing to help out in any and all aspects regarding Phoenix Systems
  • Receive incoming calls from Central Station with customer on the line
  • Verify/research alarm activity via Alarm.com and CMS for monitored customers
  • Determine if customers are actually ACA customers and forward information and/or have customer contact My Alarm Center directly for service or billing questions
  • Basic training regarding Builder service Rough/Trim/Install and services (ability to review floor plans, check tech notes and determine if Phoenix was paid for services) is needed to assist customers with questions about the wiring in their home purchased Prebuild
  • Ensure correct customer changes to Central station made upon customer request (ex. Verbal passcode, name, phone numbers, notification contact tests, dispatch notes etc...)

Education/Experience/Other Requirements

  • 2+ years’ overall experience in customer service is required
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a customer service/call center environment
  • Strong oral and written communications
  • Strong customer service/organizational skill/positive impact
  • Sensitivity and Rapport Building skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast pace environment-with attention to detail
  • High school diploma required, college preferred
  • Basic PC and software skills
